Multiple uses... Mar 16, 2008
By Alyss If you are thinking of buying this for a child, you should know that playmobile is notorious for realistic details and small pieces. A child will most likely lose the hockey pucks, extra roller blade wheels and basketball- i would have made the puck magnetic to the stick or goal post at least. Great item for a miniaturist doing a child/ toy store/ playground/ back yard scene, except the roller blades are attached to the feet and the skateboard has large plastic bumps on the surface to hold the feet in, which makes it pretty useless unless you file those off. What I did was file them off- a metal file works really fast, and then i printed an internet image of a skateboard top design, and adhered it with crazy glue, covering the top with clear nail polish. It's appearance has vastly improved.
